They are officially born some weeks ago... The bottles of our new collection "Les Instants d'éternité" are now available but in small quantities (640 bottles of each cuvée!). We hope they will bring you new emotions, moments of pure pleasure and unforgettable moments. 

Product of a long and serious work of viticulture, observation and tastings, this range offers:

- L'Instant Meunier, rosé de saignée 100% meunier which grapes are stemming from the only plot Les Raies Tortues planted by the grandfather Alexis in 1969. A heart of red fruits with coffee, mocha and clove notes.  

- L'Ecole Buissonnière, a blend of the thee grapes from 30 years old vines for a cool champagne with flavours of nectarine, apricot and cherry plum with wild heath notes.

- Le Petit Eden, a champagne of chardonnay and pinot noir from an only plot called Paradis with a nice lemon and jasmine minerality.

- Le Temps pour Elle, perpetual reserve of meunier began in 2011 which presents a bouquet of violet, rose, maple and melting pear.

We think that the luxury is the time that we enjoy for ourself and that which enriches with new flavours and emotions. Cheers !
