- 1 quarter of 20cl of Interdite, the perfect mix of the Chardonnay and the Meunier, revealing voluptuous and creamy notes.
- 1 quarter of 20cl of Rebelle, our atypical Blanc de blancs which combine roundness and length in month.
- 1 terrine of 90g of salmon rillettes with paradise seeds, salty aromas and warm perfum guaranteed.
- 1 terrine of 90g of scallops rillettes with truffles, harmonious mariage between two delicate ingredients.
