For this month of February, Piot-Sévillano's sworns have been astonished by this sweet-salty recipe signed Héloïse, our assistant : duck with cherries. A family recipe transmitted through generations. 

It didn't take us long to find the perfect pairing : l'Instant Meunier appeared to be the evidence. The acidity of raspberry's vinegar, redcurrent jelly and cherries in the duck sauce have reflected and revealed perfectly the aromas of our rosé de saignée 100% Meunier.
