50% meunier 25% chardonnay 25% pinot noir - old vines (more than 30 years old)

Stemming from only old vines, this cuvée frees itself from the Champagne standards by its gourmet side, its nectarine, apricot, cherry plum and salted-sugared spices aromas with wild heath notes.


Bottled at only 640 bottles.


Made according to the vegan principles.
